Arrival between 16 and 19h, departure before 10h, except for weekend rentals (departure on Sunday afternoon before 17h)

Included in the rental fee: electricity, water and heating costs

Not included in the rental fee:

* bed- and bath-linnen (can be rented out, 24€/double bed, 12€/single bed)

* tourist taxes (1€per adult,per night, rates for 2024)

* cleaning fee (130€, obligatory)

Animals are accepted on reservation (certain categories are not allowed in France), with a maximum of 2, 15€/animal/stay 

30% advance upon reservation (non refundable), the rest 1 month before arrival.
